I get my Diet Coke almost every day from McDonald’s from the drive thru. Nothing compares to their fountain DC anywhere. I think the weekday morning drive thru service is better than the weekend service. Service and expediency is just much better on th weekdays.
No American cheese and yet I got DOUBLE cheese ????
We were given the wrong order. We showed the pick up window person our receipt, and after reviewing it, he couldn 't figure it out. He gave it to what seemed to be an assistant manager. She reviewed the receipt and asked us to go park. We politely refused. We pre-ordered and were on a time constraint. That person got a manager involved who grabbed the order and reviewed our receipt. She then asked us while reading the receipt if that was our order. We confirmed that it was. Within 30 seconds she had our order. She didn 't say anything to us as she walked away. I said, Sorry! to which she replied, no problem! . I said, Ummm, YOU are the one who should have apologized to us for the trouble because this was your fault! . She just stood there with a blank look on her face. We drove away. Something so simple turned into such a production.
Fantastic service from the employees, my meals always come out perfect. Would love to come back again as long as those great employees are there.
