Taco Bell - Town of Malta

This place is ridiculous. I place a mobile order and once I get there the drive through line is always backed up (sometimes out into the road). Either pay another person to help make the orders at night or just close. Probably doing me a favor since I have no business ordering taco bell... I have no patience to wait a half hour plus and always just cancel the order. Service: Take out

On 2 occasions, I waited at the drive thru for my mobile pick up for 45 mins. Just don't bother. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Every time we go here, there's an issue. This time, we placed an online order and went through the drivethru. When I got to the window, they told me that I needed to go all the way back around because a trainee didn't put my order through when I was at the speaker, and that this was their policy. I refused as there was a long line behind me at this point, and they tried insisting that I move to the back of the line because of a mistake they made and that it was their policy. I waited 30 minutes for my food, and they still got it wrong. When I got my receipt, they marked that I got there 29 minutes later than I did to save their timer. I waited over 40 minutes for my order and was told after a lengthy wait that my items would to be right up. I got my first two items, one out of the two was wrong, had to wait for my correct items and then ordered a second item and that took almost another 20 minutes. Place is absolutely horrible and needs better management. Carol was the manager on shift and she refused to give me her name or the store number. Luckily for me the staff had a shout her name 100 times so I was able to obtain. You need to hire somebody with more experience, who has the capability to run a business with high capacity.
