Service usually friendly, burnt coffee and food isn’t great, even for dunkin

In a rush last Sunday, running kids to different sports and accidentally put a pretty large mobile order in at the wrong dunkin. I showed up to this one in Tiverton waiting and waiting and as the staff was trying to figure out why they didn’t have it I realized I put it in at wrong DD. I thanked them apologized and overwhelmed, frustrated and already running late went to walk out knowing I would be even more late or no one was eating. The female staff member said, “no wait I’ll put it together for you, tell me what it was”. She quickly got it together and did not need to do that! Totally appreciated!!!!!!

I must recommend please never give me a non toasted bagel lol seriously as a native new Yorker we find that offensive lol. ? other than that it's a good pit stop.

Huge thanks to Melissa (I think it’s her name) She was able to cheer my day with her attitude! We need more people on customer service like her! My coffee was on point too ?

I just got an iced tea and it was the worst one I have ever tasted. Horrible! $3.09 for a medium and I couldn't even drink it
