Chipotle Mexican Grill

I typically visit this restaurant for lunch, and my experiences are always positive. However, I’ve been here twice for dinner, and it was a disappointing experience. The service is lacking, and they barely include any meat, rice, or beans in your meal, piling on lettuce instead to make the portions look larger. I ordered tacos, and one of them had just a single piece of chicken. When I asked if they could fill them properly, the employee unexpectedly charged me double. While I still believe Chipotle offers the best food, the service here has been quite poor.

The food is good, but the restaurant could use some tidying up, particularly the condiment section.

The quality of food at this restaurant has significantly declined recently. My wife and I stopped by to grab two bowls and ended up waiting over 30 minutes. There was only one person preparing food, one in the back cleaning, one taking care of mobile orders, and another who seemed to be just trying to look busy while ringing up customers. The tables were all dirty, the garbage cans were overflowing, and the counters hadn’t been wiped down in hours. I requested white rice but was told it was unavailable, so I had to settle for brown rice, which was undercooked. The staff's friendliness was also lacking; many of them appeared to have no interest in being there. I've also been ordering Chipotle through DoorDash lately, and the bowls have been disappointingly below standard.

Bad management, it’s 7:30 and there is only one girl at counter and the line up is upto the door. Three people on break and two busy on online order prep. Someone comes when he/she hungry and if someone has to wait for 30 min in line then better to go drive through I started of standing……… never coming back to this location in
