Tokyo Express - Towson

So, get past the glitzy neon sign that says Tokyo Express (leading you and everyone else to believe its a Japanese restaurant), and you 'll be treated to the only (that I know of) Korean restaurant in the Baltimore suburb area. As another viewer put it, I 've had better, but one could say that about pretty much any restaurant. Kimchi and panchan and BBQ are their strengths, in my humble opinion. Very flavorful. Spicy soups were also excellent, Sondubu not bad (at least they have it). Wished the bimbimbop came with meat (took care of that on my own), but it was quite good non-the-less. Decor is more strip mall than upscale, but I 'm their to eat, not sight see. Prices were reasonable, especially for what seems to be always pricey Korean food. My only regret is that the past four years I by thinking it was strip mall Japanese place. Definitely try it out it will save you gas when you don 't feel like driving out to Ellicot City.

Decor is more striped mall than raised, but I am eating them, not seeing. Prices were reasonable, especially for what is always expensive Korean food. My only regret is that in the last four years I thought it was Strip Mall Japanese place. Try it anyway, it will save you gas if you don't feel how to drive to Ellicot City.
