Contribuisci feedbackWhen the restaurant 1st opened my review was not so positive, but that has all changed.Still only been in for breakfast but very good.We were g reeted promptly and shown to a window table coffee and tea order was taken straight away. Then left alone with menus and water. The poached egg test... We normally have poached with a side. The wife had poached with spinach I went for the bubble and squeak with poached egg on top. All 3 of our poached eggs were perfect. The Bubble and squeak was a bit bland but Ok.The tea and coffee came out nice and hot, another tick, although thw weather was cold and blustery it was very cosy inside with a great view. We'll be back for a dinner soon
Ate here on a cold wet night, lovely being seated near the fire.Great atmosphere, happy helpful staff. Beautiful food, great servings. I just loved the fish wings. Everyone enjoyed their meals. We all thought great tasting, mouthwatering food. We loved the wine as well. We certainly will be going back here again.
A great location and setting on the beach but this place produces for the masses. Most at the table ordered some kind of seafood dish and all the plates were underwhelming. My seafood pasta was tasteless and very oily.It was a cool day with a nice breeze but we were inside and after an hour i felt like I had been in an oven. A location like this should have some windows open to help naturally ventilate the place. I left feeling drained and overheated. Like I said it was a cool day outside.
We arrived at this restaurant on a wet, cold windy night. Inside we were welcomed to a warm fire and excellent food and service. To top it off, the prices are value for money . I highly recommend this establishment. My wife and I shared the cuttle fish entree and were happy we did given the generous serving. My barramundi was cooked to perfection as was my wife's choice of " bugs" . The wine we chose was a Kailis branded Sauvignon Blanc and was excellent for taste and value. We finished off with sharing the pavlova which again was a wise choice given the delicate taste and the large portion size. I highly recommend a visit to this restaurant which would have been even better had the weather allowed us to enjoy the close view of the ocean and Trigg beach.
Our waitress Georgie recommended the reverend 'v' from Margaret river. We ordered the crab bay ricotta, grilled prawns as main, mussels and snapper. Delicious fresh seafood. The ambiance by the enclosed coal fire place made us feel cozy. Kevin the manager and Georgie made us feel right at home. We shall return.
