Mcdonald's - Troy

Sometimes this location gets it right, other times not so much. Like today.Placed my order at the kiosk, to pay cash at counter. Stood at the front counter, the only customer in the lobby, for almost 10 minutes. No one even came to finish my order, despite clearly having seen me waiting.Nearly 3 pm and not busy at all.Decided I will just eat elsewhere and left.

Was in there at lunch time. VERY SLOW, and had to ask for part of my order when they gave it to me. Girl at the counter was kinda dense.....spaced out! Overall not a good visit and probably will not go back....

Is it really that hard to mess up a plain burger? I wouldn’t think so, maybe once in a while things could go wrong and I wouldn’t be that upset. 3 times in a row is when it starts to **** me off. Idk if it’s ignorance or lack of communication but things need to change.

Food was served fresh as I asked and I received my order in a timely and correct manner. Cashier was polite and helpful.

Not bad nice people, will go back.Parking: Large parking area, big anoth for tractor trailer parking.
