Mex On Main - Trumbull

Everything was freezing. bark meat on nacho meat was not cooked. no taste, no spices

We are building a house around the corner and decided to give Mex on Main at try. Overall, it was a very pleasant fast causal Tex Mex that reminded me a bit of a Baja Fresh. Thr crunchy tacos were crispy with well seasoned meat and fresh toppings. The rice was fluffy and nicely seasoned. The black beans were meh, but a liberal application of hot sauce and pico helped.The salsa bar had a good selection of options, although I wasn't a fan of sweet tasting classic salsa. The other salsas was more to my taste and a good companion to free chips.

First time I had lunch there today. Really great Cali Soft Tacos. I will eat there often from now on. Food is authentic Mexican, I'm from Texas, I know.

New location. Food is good and made fresh. A higher quality of fast food.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! i go there almost every day. i personally think the beef empanadas are the best. the workers are always very friendly. 11/10 STARS!
