Shari's Cafe And Pies - Tualatin

Waitress seemed to be on drugs and stopped coming to my table. Items I ordered never came. Had to get up and walk around to find someone to help give me the check. Dingy atmosphere with a mini casino in one of the rooms. Tried it for the novelty since I’m new to the NW but wouldn’t go again. Was kind of fun in a strange, gross way I guess. Surprised a place like this can still be in business.

Due to poor management by corporate I would not be surprised to see Shari's file chapter 11 within the next year or so. They are currently short staffing making the wait staff do twice as many jobs without an equal representation of pay. When leaving money for your server let them know that this is a gift and not something that needs to be shared to management or CEOs.

The five of us enjoyed a New Year's Day's lunch. The food as good; we order breakfast, hamburgers, grilled cheese…it was all good.

Run down, food served luke warm, takes forever to be seated and served.

For someone who’s never been here the first impression makes u not come back there was a tall middle age yt lady who basically dodged my question abt having some pie left bc i knew probably wouldn’t b anymore atm. she had a tone, said they did but “they’re too busy atm”. not too much but sure ma’am.
