Contribuisci feedbackLove the coffee, it’s the best, but the customer service is not good at all. I hope the owner reads this and does something about it. Please remember how to treat customers. Today they raised the cost of all their coffees by 23 cents. They also raised the price last year as well. If you buy coffee every day that’s $2 more each week. THATS ALOT.
While the coffee was great as always, I was a bit disappointed overall. The girl at the counter was kind of evasive and distracted. Though there wasn’t anyone else there, she still confused my order and then forgot to pack my minis, which I only Realized much later. It’s not a drive thru so you have to go in to get what you want.
This particular Dunkin Donuts took extra special care of me whenever I visited, which was twice a day while in Southampton. DD had truly the best iced coffee!
Came here Sunday at 5:53 pm and they were close, in the web said close at 7 pm.
Any Vegan or People with food allergies or meat allergies avoid this place — I have seen the worker many times not changing the paper on Oven tray He cooks sausage or bacon and rather changing the paper after cooking uses the same paper for to toast the bagel ot croissant.
