Carl's Jr. Restaurant - Tulare

Good for a quick bite once in a while. Still no deals like other fast food places.

Only giving a one star because recently the service at this location has really dropped. It feels very rushed when trying to order and tonight my husband and I went to grab a quick bite after getting off work at 11 but we ended up waiting patiently atthe order kiosk thru the drive thru for a good 5 mins. A employee finally came on but was very short and rude with us statingher system was down so they aren't taking orders. My husband and I were confused (keep in mind we both work retail so weunderstand issues arising with systems) but usually when a system crash that big happens shouldn't they leave a notice or coneblocking the drive thru so people don't wait? Also how is it that a system crashed that you can't take any orders? Would it bethat hard to write down what the order is? And if it's card issue wise then we have cash. I don't know it seemed very rude andhonestly I'm giving up on this location.

Waited too long for food. Paid $32. But left. Will be going back for fresh food or refund.

Thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the experience. It was our first visit to Carl Jr. and ordered the Beyond Meat burgers. The staff was very helpful especially the manager. Good leaders are hard to find and it was a pleasure meeting one.
