Ehriker Beck Bakery, Turbenthal

While I made a three-month house in Beautiful Turbenthal, Switzerland, I discovered her local treasure... Ehriker Beck Restaurant and Bakery in the main street of this small village. After experiencing a complete lack of good bakeries and patisseries in parts of the USA and Canada, I was delighted to find them. Displaying the most delicious cakes and pastries takes the breath away. The breads, cries and hearty treats are a treat. Of course, I had to try out her latte, and Sandra and Anita really showed that they know how to make a perfect latte, with the coffee layers and the beautiful frit upstairs. There is always a delicious chocolate on your saucer. You can choose their 'small breakfast' with your choice of three croissants or delicious bread rolls with a dish of butter, jams and cheese with your coffee, or you can have a larger breakfast. Many of the locals are regular, which says a lot. At noon it is a lively little place to make with many delicious decisions. Of course, Ehriker Beck has become home in Turbenthal.

War mit einer Kollegin zum Mittagessen dort und waren überrascht über die kleine aber feine Karte. Wurden schnell und freundlich bedient. Das Essen kam zügig und schmeckte sehr gut. Gerne bald wieder einmal!

War vor ein paar wochen zum zmorgen hier, wir bestellten ein birchenmüsli zu zweit, woow war das fein, super schön garniert und einfach der hammer. Immer wieder gerne :-)

The breads, croussants and savoury goodies are a treat.Of course, I had to try their lattes, and Sandra and Anita really showed that they know how to make a perfect latte, with the coffee layers and lovely froth on top. There is always a delicious chocolate on your saucer.You can choose to have their 'small breakfast' with your choice of three croissants or tasty bread rolls with a plate of butter, jams and cheeses with your coffee, or you can have a larger breakfast.Many of the locals are regulars, which says a lot.At lunch time it is a busy little place with many delicious choices to make.Needless to say, Ehriker Beck has become my home away from home in Turbenthal.
