Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar - TURRAMURRA

We have been coming to this restaurant for a few years now. The last 4-5 visits have been challenging. Today, I ordered 3 pizzas and had to repeat my order several times to ensure it was correct. Unfortunately, when we got home, the simple Pepperoni pizza in medium was wrong. I never usually complain, but I mentioned today that they said they would deliver the correct pizza in 35-40 minutes, but I would have to pay for delivery or pick it up. This raises the question, how will they compensate me for their mistake? The team at Crust Turramurra really needs a lesson in customer service. In today's world, where consumers are more knowledgeable and have many options, businesses really need to focus on providing a great customer experience. If the Australian economy is to improve and thrive, every order needs to be handled with care and consideration for the customer. Dave, I was told that the franchise and Claire, the manager on duty today, will address and respect this issue.

We ordered two basic margarita pizzas thinking not much could go wrong. However, after a 25-minute wait on a windy and cold Saturday night, we were disappointed to receive overly cooked and dry pizzas with burnt crusts. At a price close to $50, we suggest buying from Coles or Woolworths for a better and more affordable option. We would not dine here again.

After being stuck in traffic, we decided to stop here for a quick bite. The pizzas were great and the staff even gave the children free waffles! The food was delicious and service was fast. Much better than McDonald's! Highly recommend.

We have two visits to this place exhausted. at both locations we asked the staff not to burn the cheese. the cheese was cooked to a dark brown crust. we will never find out if these dead are decent without the stoned mozzarella. this place did not last a week on the east coast of the usa.

Threw 2 both pizzas in the bin 2.11.2018 Have been ordering from pizza crust Turramurra fir some time. Received 2 pizzas today and 1 was smothered with some never ordered before sauce and the other, I have ordering for some time but today disgusting. We...are 1 piece of each and the balance in the bin. Disgusting. Tried calling but no outcome.
