Ruby Tuesday - Tuscaloosa

It wasn't busy, but the waitress took a long time to attend to everything. We didn't get any drink refills when our cups were empty, and I wasn't asked how I wanted my steak cooked; they just assumed I wanted it medium rare, which wasn't what I wanted. The kids were getting restless because their food took too long to arrive. I really love this place, but unfortunately, we had a bad experience that night.

This restaurant is fantastic! The atmosphere is elegant, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the steak I had was absolutely phenomenal. I also enjoyed a salad and a baked potato. The steak was tender and juicy—truly the best I've ever had. I love this place and will definitely be returning!

We had a fantastic experience today! My family organized a late Thanksgiving celebration at the restaurant, and they arranged a private room for us. Our server was exceptional—extremely kind and attentive to our needs! We always enjoy the food and service whenever we visit. It’s a rarity to have all four of my five siblings gathered together from different places, and everything was just perfect! Thank you!

Lunch. Was looking for tasty, healthy and good value. Had a turkey castle with the salad bar and it was a home trip. Service was great with a waitress who was very attentive. My wife and I are back.
