Cubed Poke - Tustin

If you like musubi, this is the place for you. Perfect spam/filling to rice ratio. Fresh, inexpensive and friendly service. The Taro chips and super fresh Guac were a bonus surprise. Don't hesitate. Go! It won't disappoint.

Filling tailored poke in District Marketplace. When I come to the District Marketplace for lunch, my food is this place. Fill the portions fairly and I like how fresh the fish taste. For a regular, get to choose up to 2 basis (I always choose white rice and calf to be slightly healthy). Then choose your protein style, also up to 2 (I have your tuna before, but it tastes a little fishy, so I always get double salmon). There are a few sauces from which you can choose, I really like the Ponzu because of the sweet/sour taste. Next you can choose up to 5 different pages. I really like how sweet the corn is, they give a quite large selection of pages. I wish the imitation crab was on the list, but it's added. I noticed that Seetangsalat was also not on this list and this is usually my favorite page when I poke. Overall, the price is reasonable, fish is fresh, and it is quite full. If it's a nice day, I'd sit outside.

Hands down, the best poke I had in OC. Perhaps a bit more expensive and small part, but the quality of the ingredients and freshness of the fish is more than making for it. Dried rice is great and they give a lot of avocado. Garlic ponzu is also great. I love this place

TLDR: Fantastic Poke Bowls, Musubi is delicious. Would recommend HIGHLY. Full review: Always had the best poke here. Fish is sushi degree and not lower sushi degree, so its phenomenal compared to other Poke places I tried in the area. They have fantastic unagi musubi (one of my favorite menu options) and I even have random combinations from their own menu and every time it was wonderful. I recently tried her softshell crab musubi and made available to her herself, with the sauce, or with a small lemon juice it is phenomenal. I love this place and always suggest when my friends go arent safe where to go food when we can.

My first time having poke and I will for sure go again! You can create your own or choose from a menu that the chefs created. The cashier was super nice and accommodated our needs. Food was great!
