Dicarlo's Italian Cafe

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was terrible and served cold, requiring us to send it back for reheating. They've also reduced their seafood offerings to just fish and chips. The cheese bread and breadsticks were both burnt. Our meals arrived at different times, and surprisingly, the one item that didn’t require cooking—a cobb salad—was the last to be served, arriving about ten minutes after everyone else's meals. This place used to be outstanding, but I can honestly say I won’t be returning. I'm truly disappointed!

We ordered burgers for takeout tonight, and they were fantastic! We tried the carnivore and the blue smoke burgers, and both were really tasty! The patties are thick and taste homemade, making for a very satisfying meal. They don’t hold back on the fries either! Additionally, the Greek salad and the antipasto salad were both delicious and generously portioned! The customer service was outstanding too! The young woman at the front desk with short blonde hair provided excellent service! I apologize for the pictures of the half-eaten burgers; I realized too late that I should have taken photos beforehand.

Just stick to the desserts and skip these three dishes! I've had dessert here twice before, and it was excellent. I finally had the chance to try their hot meals, but I was very disappointed with what we received tonight. The Chicken Cacciatore and angel hair pasta were lacking flavor (the pasta was quite bland), and while the chicken bites were tasty, they were a bit too salty. The cheese ravioli (4 pieces) for $13.99? Not worth it at all—Chef Boyardee canned ravioli is actually much better. However, the double chocolate dessert was just as delicious as I remembered. The staff, as always, were wonderful and friendly!

The worst food I think I?ve ever had. The wings were mush. They didn?t even cut my pizza. I?ve had MRE?s better than this dog food. My buddies pasta looked like throw up and tasted even worse. This heinous establishment should be bulldozed over. I?d rather have a can of beefaroni.

Customer service, portion size, and taste of the food here are all outstanding! I had the spaghetti and it was delicious! The ladies were all very helpful and nice! Great customer service! Thank you for a great lunch today!
