Applebee's Idaho Falls - Ucon

Very nice and hospitable staff. Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive. The bartender let my wife sample the beer before she chose it thank you very much. There was social distancing and a employee going around sanitizing all the tables chairs and booze in between customers which was perfect. Always one of our favorite stops when traveling. First time to this Applebee's. Service was fast and good. Very nice waitress who checked up on us frequently. I got a 8 oz steak with an appetizer. Although I thought the steak was a little underseasoned, that's purely personal preference. It was cooked how I asked for it. I thought the price was reasonable. Had no problems. Good job!

I always love visiting Applebee's. Great dishes, yummy drinks, and always affordable for my family. The staff is great and they've turned their business around in the last 7 years.

Jolene is amazing and the management rocks! Managers are always helping the servers and bartenders. In my opinion that's what makes this place run so smoothly! The bartenders make you feel so welcome too!!!

Waitress was very personable! Food was prepared in a timely manner and up to standards for happy hour. Another waitress dropped some of our food off and I could barely hear her through her mask. She just kind of whispered and set the food down. You know once upon a time people use to have conversations with each other, or even fun banter. Not anymore. Also what sense does it make to wear a mask into a restaurant just to take it off to eat
