The Cozy Corner Deli - Union

Ordered “the best burger in Union” but it tasted like a foot. It was more like a sausage patty than a burger. Good news is I like sausage and feet (just not together). Unfortunately the fries were soggy too. I just can’t go above 2 stars on this “best burger” place.

Had a very bad experience with the restaurant several months ago when I ordered breakfast through a 3rd party site. The owner, Peter, called me directly to ask if he could fix the situation. I get it, you want your customers to be happy and keep business coming through the door. We came to a solution, that I call the restaurant directly for future orders. And he asked that I call them back when we had additional needs. Word of mouth is the best advertising after all.With that being said, I called the restaurant today to see if we could work with them to get our clients fed, trying to give this another try.Store Hi Cozy 's . Me Yes, hi. May I speak to the owner? Store You have the wrong number. Me ???Is this Cozy Corner? Store Yes, Union. Me Ok, can I speak to the owner, I forgot his name. Store Peter? Me Yes, that 's him, may I speak with him please. Store And what is this in reference to?So I give this woman my name and the name of the agency, but at the same time thinking, This is going to be a problem if I can 't even speak with the owner to ask a simple question .So as she went to get Peter, I promptly disconnected the call. I was always taught that if you don 't like the service you get, take your business elsewhere...and I shall. I shall take these 45 meals to another restaurant that has workers that won 't lie as soon as they pick up the phone or make me jump through hoops in order to try and give them business.

I accidentally ordered from the wrong place/location about 1 hour from me. I tried to cancel the order but they would not let me, saying it’s already. I hope whoever eats the chicken parmigiana sandwich chokes on it. The slice app this place uses is useless as well!

The staff is rude and the owner was yelling at the staff… Saw him cleaning the sweat from his face and then touch the food without using gloves…was disgusting ? did not order anything and will never go back again!!!

People seemed nice enough but the chicken Caesar wrap was pretty low quality. I think maybe it was premade chicken strips.
