El Pollo Supremo - Union City

Hands down UC’s best grilled chicken spot. May be slightly heavy on the sodium but overall 9/10

I Called to place 2 grilled chicken sandwich for pick up. The lady that picked up the phone misunderstood and thought I said “chicken tenders” she realized her mistake once I got there and told me it would be an additional 10 minutes for the chicken sandwich. She was very apologetic so I said it was fine I was just going to wait in the car. 10 minutes passed and I went to pick up the order and went home. When I got home and opened the container I realized they had put the CHICKEN TENDERS INSIDE THE BREAD ! I called them upset and asked them to deliver the right order to my house. 1.5 hours later I get a mediocre chicken sandwich. Definitely won’t be giving them another visit. I’ll stick to the pollo supremo on 42nd st. The 3 stars is for the girl that works in the front who was apologetic.

Delicious! Flauta plate and Green Sauce were a reminder of home...great! Chicken and moro were fabulous! Service was excellent and staff were very friendly. Highly recommend for great food and atmosphere. . Thank you!

Enjoy the grilled chicken salad, fresh, delicious and healthy, generous. Something dressing would have been nice. Will definitely eat again.

Chicken and ribs 2 pieces each for less than 20, and one side? The delivery is hot because the delivery came on a bike! My job is a playground less than a mile on the hill. Perfection .
