I go through drive through. A short wait and hot food. Glad they built this one very close to me!

This location in particular never misses their mark on good service good food and great desserts! Can never go wrong with a butterburger and a concrete mixer Maybe a few cheese curds as well. One of the best things to get in your concrete mixer is cheesecake and blueberry! My wife turn me on to it and I'm never going back to anything else.

Teenagers... teenagers are everywhere lol! Great location, very clean, the kids (teasing here) run the whole show AND they outperform other restaurants nearby that are typically adult run. I've never had a wrong order or a long wait. If you want to have some fun, ask your register attendant to make you THEIR favorite custard. I did. Weirdest ingredients ever, but the very best one I've had. A+ 100

The kids working here are in need of some manners and social skills. I order here often and most of the time everything is as it should be. Great. Lately, I have had issues with my order 3 of the last 4 orders. Missing food, to wrong food to missing half of my order. Once I get home and realize the issues, I call only to be offered to come back and pick up the missing food. When I tell them I don't have the luxury of just driving back to get my missing food and ask that they just credit my card back for the missing food, I'm offered a half hearted apology and told they will send me coupons. Really? Your gonna take my hard earned money and not give me what I paid for then tell me I can't have my money back but you will be happy to give me a coupon for my next visit. There's something wrong with this picture. Franchise owner, if you read these reviews you should be as upset as I am or your telling these kids what to say and do. I personally love the food and the shakes. I don't like smart mouth kids telling me i am not getting a refund for something I already paid for and didn't recieve. I'll be checking to see if the franchise owner reaches out to correct the issues at their restaurant.

Tried to charge for condiments on 2 double deluxe burgers. Credited the condiments and gave us a berger with pickle slice, 1 sliver of union, and mayo. Said the 40 cent charge was for tomato slice. Need to change the menu description.
