The only reason we tipped her was because it was Christmas, her assistant as she called him was great. The card machine was not reading properly and her reaction to my son was if it were his fault. 3 out of the5 stalls had no toilet paper in the bathroom. The plus was that the lady at the front desk was great and the salad bar was great. Next year tell the Debbie Downers to not work Christmas your restaurant is too expensive to tolerate such behavior.
Went here for our new Christmas Eve tradition. Rachel our server was WONDERFUL and the food was brilliant!

We had a great experience on Christmas Day. It was busy, and it took a bit for the meat to start coming. It may have been that they were waiting for a majority of our group to finish with their salad before coming our way. My husband turned his chip to green right away. The meats were really good. We ate mainly beef. All were excellently cooked and seasoned. We git a bacon wrapped chicken. It was really good, but we were not sure if it tasted so well because it was hot. The other meats were warm but not hot. Service was great for a large group. Everyone seemed well pleased. The cheese puff bread is my favorite side.
Upscale experience that does not disappoint. Service is superb. Salad bar is unmatched. The select cuts of meat brought around by the gauchos is so good you don't want to stop it from coming around. But alas, at some point your stomach tells you to flip the card over and call it a night. Worth the price.
