However, since they sold out to some major corporation they have steadily gone down hill...they come up with ideas that should be great, but they don 't make them to the quality level thatbrings those ideas to life. Perfect example is the Chili Burger...there was not enough chili or fritos on the burger to evencall it a chili burger. You put chili on a burger, by God you should need a fork! If you can eat it like any other burgerwithout making a mess...they did it WRONG!!! Get it together Whataburger!
Horrible! Spent $30 on 2 chili burgers, have to order side/drink separate, had 2 frito chips on 1, 1 frito chip on other, no chili to mention, smashed so badly looked like a car wreck, this whataburger already ruined the best fish sandwich, now this,save your money!!!
Would give it 0 stars if I could. Every time my family and I went to get food here not only do they take an hour in line (literally) but they never give us the correct food items or they give us less than half for what we pay for. Which is soridiculous I don?t understand how bad someone is at their job that they don?t check the order before charging us. so ridiculous.
I go to this Whataburger a lot. We like to do curbside as well. Well today was no different? Made a curbside order and everything seemed correct until I got home. I was missing half of my food and they gave us 20 different condiments. Made theweight seem like all my food was in the bag? well it wasn?t.
Ordered 25 minutes in advance through app. They are busy and they are probably having the same labor shortage everybody has. 45 minutes after order (20 minutes after requested time), I still don't have my not so fast food order of 2 meals at 9:20 AM.
