Contribuisci feedbackThe food was cold, and this is not the first time my order was messed up. The service is much better at Burger King. The management here is terrible and rude on purpose.
I had a voucher for a $5 bacon cheeseburger meal and waited for 5 minutes for my order to be taken, which was fine as I don't think waiting a few minutes is a big deal. However, after another 5 minutes of waiting, I was told they were out of fries and bacon. I didn't end up ordering anything because I had a meeting to attend. The woman on the intercom was very nice, but this was the first time I had encountered any issues at the Champaign location.
I don't know why every time during lunch the doors are locked, while the staff is in the work. if they do not have in option dine, remove this from their description!
Eating was warm and good and Drive-Thru moved very well. the ground was clean and well maintained.
Tried ordering the $5 snack box and the employee told me it wasn’t real, even though I had the coupon on the Burger King app pulled up specifically to the store’s location. Then, when I asked her if this was the location of the store, she said no, even though it was. She closed the window on me and then her manager came and wow guess what? The manager put the code in and boom! There it was! Someone please get that girl a new job cuz she clearly incapable ?
