Burger King - Urbana

Christian Rose was so helpful and professional.. He took care of our order with a sense of urgency and it was right. He was very helpful and nice. He ensured that his teammates Tearica and Heaven got the order right and fresh. The service here was AWESOME and we will definitely be back.

The best BK breakfast I've ever had. French Toast Stix and the potatoes were golden brown and fried for perfection. Who's in the kitchen this morning needs a raise!

So I go through the drive thru they don't know how to do a 6-digit code for a voucher. But finally it found out, then they forgot my mozzarella sticks, so I went back and that's what they gave me. This is the worst Burger King in town.

How can I do that? As you can say by the photo I have attached to this review, the menu board was dead on the left side. I stopped eating too early as I work out of town this week. Now I remember the menu a little good, but only in the case that I'm a new city, I wanted to know what number I ordered. Well, I was told in Drive-thru to look at the menu in front of me as I informed them that the board didn't work, they said I'm not sure you can look at the phone Oh, okay, thanks. I'm going over the road to McDonald. The line is long, but I can only imagine that they cannot read the menu in the BK. FAIL!

The people that are giving this place a 5 star are the upper management that work there. This is the worst Burger King I've gone to. I went there twice and both times, I heard people arguing through the drive thru speaker. They messed up both my orders went I went there. They charged me Large fry but gave me a small, and I dont want to nitpick something like that, because it's not a big deal. The last straw was when I ordered a combo meal and an additional fry, they forgot my fry, but instead of just ringing up the large fry at the window, they tell me I have a car ordering and that I need to go wait in line again. I've worked fast food in my teen years at 17 and the fact that that place stays open with incompetent and rude staff is unbelievable
