McDonald's - Urraween

I don't typically review McDonald's, but the customer service at this location was outstanding today. I spent several hours here and the woman working was very kind, even giving me a complimentary cup of water. I did buy a meal as well, but I also needed a place to sit and unwind while waiting for a meeting. Thank you for making my day more pleasant.

My spouse and I decided to try out McDonald's for breakfast, as it had been years since our last visit. The friendly young lady at the counter assisted us with our order. We both ordered coffee, and I chose the Bacon and Egg McMuffin meal, while my husband opted for the Mighty McMuffin meal. The coffee was excellent, and we were satisfied with our muffins. The hash browns were also a hit, as they were piping hot and not greasy.

The restaurant claims to be open 24 hours, but they weren't even open at midnight. Absolutely useless. I just wanted to grab a bite to eat.

Nicholas at Hervey Bay McDonald’s acknowledges that he cannot fulfill a simple task like a basic order. When I called and said they screwed up our order, Nicholas was quick to close me with a coupon code and... to finish the call. I said to this rude and arrogant person who simply close me with a voucher is not why I called, I wanted to have a discussion with the person. Wrong, I was talking about it and he tried to control the conversation. He was told what I thought of a voucher, and yet I was told “Stop was was wasting my time” and suspended. But here I am robbed of $29 because what I received was not of that value. Time to go to see management and make Nicholas responsible for his bad attitude

I was in many McDonald's all over Australia and that's the worst! Undertrained staff .. cold food.. no usable Wifi. Half full drinks. Hopless Never again.
