Applebee's - Utica

Had a GREAT experience during dinner at this point. I was with a friend and her four-year-old daughter. After a LONG day of shopping, we decided to eat and unwind a bite at Applebee. Our server, Lina, was AWESOME. She was so personal and did not seem upset by a very tired and hungry child. She said she was called on her usual day, and we're glad she was! I'd go back for their customer service. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was quiet and covered, and we left with full bells and a happy child.

I ate here with my mom. The hosts and servers were very friendly and helpful. The chicken alfredo was delicious! When we left a young man, we looked out and stopped the door! We'll be back!

Everyone was very friendly and friendly they checked us all the time the food I ate was delicious. I get a lot of money. The bartender Brendon was great. The tables had NO GUM ANDER THEM FOR ONCE!!! RYAN ABSOLUTELY needs a RAISE. He was super friendly and sweet and the Donut divers were delicious. Our waiter Ryan has such a majestic beard that even the Greek gods are jealous.

Good food. Really slow service. Server took beverage order, back to the food order. Another server brought our food out. I had to request a beverage refill as the server went by without ever asking how our food was. After dinner it was a waiting game to get our food bill. Overall we were close to an hour and a half for a Southwest Bowl and a Chicken Sandwich, plus two well drinks. The restaurant was NOT busy.

Been highly impressed the past few times my fiance and I have gone. We had sworn this location off, as everything we came they were either not excepting new consumers (2-3 hours before close) and were normally out of half their menu. They have improved ten fold!! The staff has became much more professional, they allow us in at normal hours, the food is good, and they rarely have more than 2 items out. We've been extremely happy with the improvements.
