Arby's - Utica

I waited 20 minutes for 2 cold chicken sandwiches and 4 beef and cheddars. It felt like the owner was serving me didn't want to waste cold chicken and save a punny on cheese.. It will be a long time before I go back there again

Amazingly incompetent staff. Truly amazing they were able to assemble such a horrible group of people under one roof. Would bet good money the manager can’t count.

From she could not u understand my order. Then struggled with next persons order. Asked my name for the order told het 3 times Joel but yet she loaded my order as Jorge . Then 9 min wait for 4 sliders in an empty and dirty store. The food finally come out and it's cold and the turkey is spoiled ! Girls said bathroom was dirty with sticky floor.

Can be slow in the ride thru (the drive thru could also use a fresh Pave) but even if that happens, I never had a bad meal from here! Even on their bad days they make it right and also with a smile. McDonald is over the street HORRIBLE, which makes Arby's obvious choice when I come by.

Food was great and I am not a fan of roast beef really, except on holidays, but my engagement loves it there, so I gave in... The new cinnamon milkshake was great and the drive thru staff this night was super patient and friendly. Beans
