The Gourmandine is by far the best pastry shop in Valencia! The cakes are extraordinary! An impeccable service and quality! Special mention today for Katarina and Christelle who did not hesitate to wait for me after the closure so that my son could have his birthday cake! Their kindness and professionalism impressed me!
