The employee , Roxy, put the pizza upside down and tried to make an excuse that she didn 't. Then she got mad that I complained. Then she started throwing the pepperonis on the pizza and also threw the pizza into the oven. Then she went to the back, took her time because we asked for a different pizza. When I asked if she was going to make the new pizza, she rudely said, Can I clean up first? ' She continued to clean for several minutes before starting the new pizza. Her hat said Roxy and I asked her last name. She replied, You don 't need to know my last name. I said I did so that I could complain. We weren 't trying to be rude at all. However, when we finally got the new pizza, it was inedible. She was very rude after the complaint.
