Gustav's Pub Grill Vancouver

This was my first time at this location. I was pleasantly surprised. The service was fabulous and so was the food. Of course the fondue was amazing.

We have eaten at Gustav's several times and it never disappoints. The food and service are always good. We take out-of-towns guests there, and they are always satisfied. We have lived in Germany; the food here is not totally authentic but nevertheless delicious.

As always, had reservations and were seated timely. Wait persons were friendly, knowledgable and attentive. Appetizers and entrees all served piping hot. The fondue is always to die for!! Dessert was apple struddle, perfect end to a wonderful dining experience…

Wow! Great atmosphere, great food, great service. Our server was Jennifer C. and she was delightful friendly, fast and attentive to the details. She went above and beyond to be sure we were happy with every aspect of our meal. It made for a great dining experience. Thank you!

I certainly would not say no to this restaurant...food good, not great...ambiance good, hard to be great when you are seated by the entrance to the main dinning room where everyone (entering and exiting) passes by your table...presentation, good, but no where near that expected of this caliber of restaurant...service, effeminately a bright spot...noise, really? Noise when you are seated on one side by the door, another side by a party of seven (4 children under 6), final side by table of 6 who were boisterous and obnoxious to the wait staff, yes, it was noisy, very noisy. Big question, Would I go back? Yes, no doubt. I said I wouldn 't say no but I am giving them a cooling off period.
