Marble Slab Creamery - Vancouver

Terrible service!! tried ordering from Uber eats, but they cancelled my order but they didn’t say why? I tried calling several times to find out what they might have been out of From 11:30 to 1:30 on Feb 9th so I could change my order but no one answered the phone. I did leave a message. But nobody called me back:

This was the worst ice cream experience I have ever had! The person attending to me was extremely unfriendly. The pistachio flavor was so awful that I even questioned if it was actually pistachio. When I asked about it, the server responded with, "It's really green, so it's obvious!" I was left feeling traumatized and disappointed by the lack of effort to provide a good customer experience. The prices were also quite high for what we received. I would not recommend this place - even a random supermarket ice cream would be better than this.

The ice cream here is absolutely delicious. I am completely obsessed and can't wait to come back for more. I actually prefer it over gelato.

Omg awesome . I’m in Canada almost 3Years and finally I found bubblegum flavour ice cream. It’s perfect and customer service 5 star . I wish 100 star ???
