Napoletana Pizza Ltd - Vancouver

I never seen ever disrespectful stuff. When he said me that my order will be ready in 5 minutes, I have waited more than 15 minutes after that. He was talking with someone in his mobile phone and he didn’t put down his phone even one second. I want to advise his boss that he should take a look at it.

I had the prosciutto panini and was so good. A nice little spot along the 10th Ave bike street at Arbutus. Definitely going to be back to grab something on the way to Spanish banks this summer. Thanks again

Great customer service and food! Ordered for delivery where I was provided a status, and follow up call once delivered. Can't go wrong with the Napoletana Pizza!

Their pizzas taste great but they have the worst customer service and policy’s. I’m not bothering any more and will just go elsewhere.

Amazing pizza! Ingredients are fresh, and the closest thing I can find to Montreal style Pizza in Vancouver. Only giving it three stars because we usually order wings with our pizza and they always suck. They always show up with black stuff stuck all over them. Like the kind of stuff you find at the bottom of your barbeque when you scrape it after cooking. I called the restaurant to let them know, and the girl who answered said it’s because they roast them extra long. I happen to work in the food and beverage industry and that’s complete BS. I am also insulted that she thinks her customers are stupid enough to believe that. They need to change the tray in which they are baking their wings more often. Too many burnt bits from previous orders of wings. I would never let food leave my kitchen looking like these wings. I tried to clean off the black stuff with a Scott towel, but my son had black stuff all over his teeth from eating these wings.
