Red Truck Beer - Vancouver

A great Micro brewery. Normally food at microbreweries is limited and although limited at Red Truck, you have to give extra points for having Nathan's Coney Island hot dogs. Went to Red Truck on a sunny weekend and sat on the patio in the sun. It was a great experience. Not for people seeking line and fine dining, but if you're into Microbreweries this is an excellent choice. Good beer and service. Great patio.

Rolled into Red Truck for some beers after a bike with some friends. Very bike friendly, since they do provide bike locks for free. The summer ale beer is my favorite.

Red Truck Brewing's Truck Stop is fun for the over 19 crowd, with things like car tires as sinks, huge wrench door handles, etc. The food is more pub style with burger and fries variations like my favourite buffalo fries and chicken schnitzel and other sandwiches.The food is a little more on the greasy pub side but with the different beer choices it makes up for it as it is a craft brewery. I like the 4 glass tasters while eating there. It has a small patio sitting about 15 people only filling quickly on a sunny day.

Had brunch here just to see what it was like, decent prices, but the food was pretty greasy spoon. If that's your thing, go for it. Had the breakfast burger and corned beef hash. Eggs come one way - fried. Beer on tap, available in small sizes to large and flights too.

Seems like everyone and their mom has a brewery these days, and they all make the same beers. Found no exception here. So, if it's all in the branding, Red Truck's "red truck" branding just doesn't do it for me - I prefer my grey Nissan pickup to be honest. As for the food, how many hamburger and fries joints are there? Hasn't this already been perfected? Anyways, underwhelmed.
