I was out for a walk and came across this small restaurant while visiting Vancouver and enjoyed a great burger and fries. There are specials from Monday to Friday and the special for Wednesday that I enjoyed was the BBQ burger--single patty, white cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, fried onions and BBQ sauce. So tasty! The fries were just the way I like them--not soggy-but crisp. The wait staff were friendly and seemed to really enjoy their jobs as everyone had a smile. Would definitely return.

You can go to the 'boutique burger joints', like Roamers... but if you just want a really good burger, at a decent price, then there's no place better than Vera's.The best part is; there are multiple locations, all over the Lower Mainland, so they are easy to find.
