It's the original spot for the famous corn burrito, and even after all these years (over 10 for me personally), it hasn't changed. The only downsides are that the prices have gone up, like everywhere else, and they're almost four times what they were in the 90s. Also, for some reason, they were served dry this time. They used to come with sauce already on them, so I recommend asking for sauce on them when you order.
I absolutely love that this restaurant serves corn burritos! Their lunch plate comes with 5 burritos, beans, and rice, and it is both satisfying and delicious. Living in California, I believe that corn burritos are a must-have, and I'm thrilled that this place continues to serve them authentically. The service is quick and friendly, and you have the option to take your food to go or enjoy it while sitting down.
Family owned restaurants, delicious food fast and great prices!
As a vegetarian, I can't comment on the quality of the meat options, but from what I have tried, this place is amazing! Tony's offers the largest, most flavorful burritos for under 10$. The tortillas are soft and buttery, and I especially enjoy their veggie burrito and onion rings. My friends who eat meat rave about the delicious asada.
I will never be eating here again. Time of operation is listed on both google and their website. It clearly states 9am. I called, no answer. I drove-by and they’re closed. Due to their lack of consistency and failure to communicate correct times of operations, my family and I will NEVER be eating here again.
