Dunkin' - Vernon

I ordered two sausage pancake wake-up wraps and was given two taco wraps, one bacon, one sausage, no pancakes. I didn’t see the mistake until I got home. I totally wasted the money, including the tip I left. I’d think twice about going back there.

I ordered my food and they forgot my muffin so I went to get it and they were so rude and had an attitude. The owner needs to take action, I've read some of the reviews and same as mine, employees are rude.

I got there at 6:00 pm on November9th. The guy working was a real jerk!! He was disgusted that he had to serve me! I don’t try to get people in trouble, but he REALLY deserves to be canned! Won’t be back to this site at this time, there are many more around me who are VERY nice.

Literally can't get a correct order when I go here, I stopped visiting this location after the 3rd or 4th time I received a cup full of solely milk and flavoring I swear to god there was no coffee in it and I always order an espresso drink so it's pretty apparent, sucks that this is the closest Dunkin to my home but I refuse to waste more money here

The Good: Morning crew is very efficient. Very seldomly mess up an order but are quick to correct if something does mess up.The Bad: The night crew is split between subway and dunkin' and is usually a single person. On multiple occasions, had to cancel a drink ordered via app because person manning both sides was not present at either.So long as you go when they are staffed, it's a good experience. Just don't bother ordering at night at this location
