Papa Murphy's Pizza - Vernon

This location has messed up our orders now 3 times. Never again , sadly disappointed. Not sure if it has new ownership in the last 6 months but service is horrible :

This store goes above and beyond. Personable, great customer service. They make an awesome pizza, that I get to cook. You will not be disappointed. In this economy, eating out is luxury, this store, these employees put a huge effort and get it right!

Wow my recent exp was a 30min wait after pick up time from an online order. Just sat in the camping chair they had by the front door. Only one staff doing everything. Felt so bad for the young women trying to operate the whole business by herself.

If you like paying 60-70 dollars for frozen pizza then this is the place for you. if I could leave zero stars I would but stupid google makes me leave at least one. Thanks google ?.

At 2:30 pm we ordered a medium pizza half Mediterranean chicken and half plain cheese. Told them we would pick it up about 4pm We went to pick it up about 4:45. It wasn’t ready. The clerk said he-would make it up quickly. No explanation for being late. We Cooked pizza. It was terrible! Too much feta. Could not find the veggies on it. Cheese pizza took forever to cook. Crust was rather moist. We have been buying pizza from here for several years and have always liked it. Too bad! Will probably not order again
