Wood N Spoon - Vero Beach

Delicious, fresh cooked breakfast made with REAL eggs. Loved their omelets and hot coffee. Very clean and friendly atmosphere.

We decided to stop and try some breakfast and it was so good! The staff was very friendly. Just a cute little place to grab some great food.

I could not be happier with this cute little find in Vero Beach, FL! Wood N Spoon has so many amazing gluten free and vegetarian options. The best part? I didn?t get sick at all from cross contamination. I had the Lox Gluten Free Bagel and French Onion Soup. Both were absolutely delicious. I want to try more of their menu items! Went here a couple months ago and I've been craving that gluten free bagel ever since.

The food is so fresh and delicioys! There is a wide variety on the menu to choose from and the staff is very friendly.

Delicious food! Fresh breads and large variety for a breakfast and lunch place. I ordered 1/2 a salad (was big, couldn't believe it was only half) and 15 bean soup. Mom had a sandwich. Many locals and regulars there. They have cream too! Which I didn't have this time but look forward to going back.
