Contribuisci feedbackFantastic experience here at Blue Hippo Coffee Co. The staff is super friendly and the interior vibes are perfect. Love the drinks. Tried an iced latte and iced lavender matcha latte. Both were delicious. The food was also great. Definitely recommend the breakfast bowl and biscuit sandwiches. Now for my standard COVID comments as of June 2022. Masks aren?t mandatory. Seating is distanced though could get crowded if busy. Didn?t have any issue personally though!
Horrible experience. I think this place is under new management. Service was horrible. We had to wait an hour for a cup of coffee at a coffee house!! No coffee on hand at a coffee house? The oatmeal we ordered was cold. Brunch took almost 2 hours. I was brought a credit card reader for my bill. I asked if there is a surcharge and was told ?no?. Get my bill and there is a credit card surcharge. No posting anywhere about a surcharge for credit. I say this place used to be
Blue Hippo has a great atmosphere, well thought out menu and tasty food. Somehow though I would struggle to go back.. execution matters and that?s where they missed, big time. 28 minutes for two lattes and 16mins after that for two egg dishes. The owners/managers were standing around whispering to each other and allowing the staff to fall flat without help or direction. The staff are super friendly but lack guidance. The Goldilox had no lox or arugula. Just egg, cream cheese, and 1 cherry tomato. Very disappointing .
