Delizioso e ben presentato. Abbiamo colto l'occasione per scoprire un vino bianco sloveno. Formaggi da Mr Fromage a Nogent: ottimo Maroilles, ma sono meno entusiasta del Parmigiano, scelto volutamente molto giovane; avrei preferito un buon Comté. Torneremo di sicuro. Visualizza tutti i feedback.
We had the chance to realize our daughter's baptism lunch in La Salamandre for about 30 people. From the organizational phase, Anaïs and her husband demonstrated unparalleled responsiveness, professionalism and adaptability. The day we were more than filled! Everything was delicious (we had taken a menu of the market with aperitif cocktails, flakes, wine and coffee, with a heartburn for the perfect egg with mushrooms, poultry sketches and chocolate dessert. The service was exceptional, we were able to enjoy these important moments for us and what luxury! We will remember for a very long time this meal (our daughter has made her first steps and we will return with great pleasure ! This restaurant is simply exceptional. A velvety of potimarrons in entry succulent. Then we go on a loserix to fall... The sommelier Etienne is of an incredible kindness: he made me discover the mets-vins agreements of each dish: from a fairly mineral wine to a black pinot of Alsace that warms your heart. Thank you to the whole team for your welcome: I hope you will pick up the star!!!
Very good reception, pleasant setting. Original cuisine without any taste, adapted quantity, wines allowing to make discoveries. Quick and efficient service, translating one never feels embarrassing. The 6 dishes we chose will leave us an excellent memory, as the occasion we wanted to celebrate.
A little disappointed... Despite a nice welcome, a rather pretentious restaurant, behaves a little like a star, but is not. Good cooking despite a little too much salt to my taste) for veal rice 49€ anyway), dessert sampling. I would have easily eaten three plates of these four tiny chocolate bites. A normal eater comes out of table with hunger.... I avenged on bread, very good indeed... Beautiful maps and good wines but much too expensive, not to say out of price.... A lot to review in my opinion!
