This was our second visit to this restaurant with a group. The first time was excellent when we were almost the only customers there. However, the second time was disappointing as there was only one server handling at least 10 tables, and the service was not great. Despite this, the food was still good, so we may consider giving it another try in the future.
We had dinner at this restaurant and had a great time. We used a Groupon and the food was served quickly, was delicious, and there was plenty of it. We even had leftovers to take home the next day. The service was excellent.
Dinner with a local escort from victoria! we had a great time! really tasty chickens and fish tacos! good drinks specialties too.
Went in for dinner as we had a coupon. They had just opened, so there was nobody else in the place. We ordered nachos as a starter and were serve a measly plate of chips with 4 chunks of tomato, a little bit of cheese,...5 jalapenos and a sparse sprinkling of corn. When we asked where the black beans and onions that were supposed to be included were, the server replied that Tony made them, I 'll go check. When she returned, we were informed that they were out of black beans but they would fix them up for us. When the nachos were returned to us after being reheated in a microwave, as we could hear from our table, there was a few onions and a ton of corn that had been added to them. Being incredibly underwhelmed with the food and service, we decided to order a dessert to use up the voucher and chalk it up to a bad experience. We ordered the Frita Fruta which was described as churros, berries, and creme. The churros were nothing more than 5 thin slices of a tortilla shell, 4 sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar, the berries were a sparse scoop of what tasted like some sort of marmalade and some other jam swirled through a whipped cream that tasted awful, coming from a person who normally devours whipped cream. To top things off, as we were waiting for our bill, a couple who had come in after us received a plate of nachos nearly twice the size of ours with ample toppings. At least they fixed some of their mistakes for the next people, too bad we didn 't receive an apology or any sort of acknowledgement that the food was subpar. I would suggest keeping Tony out of the kitchen if this is the type of food he prepares.
