Jade Fountain Restaurant - Victoria

We have been coming here for years, always for Dim Sum. It is consistently good, today was no exception. We had great service, excellent fresh food, and cost us $25 each for three of us to enjoy several different dishes. Easier for us to come here than Don Mee (which is also wonderful) because some family members have mobility issues and Jade Fountain has an elevator. We will be back for more dim sum soon!

Dim sum body say, yum cha? One of a two we go to here in the city and have always enjoyed it. Dishes we've had has always been tasty. Service is just like in China so don't expect top customer service

Very local Chinese. Good value. We ordered Uber eat for dinner and was great. We tried dim sum today. Quality are good. Just prob some ingredients is not the same as in Asia where the taste is not what I expected. But they are good and fresh. Should come and give it a try.

It’s one of those places that pays off to know someone who speaks Cantonese and who is friends with the owner. It’s always super packed here so making reservations is a must for morning dim sum of you don’t fancy waiting in line for over an hour. The food is always top notch though it’s exactly what you want and expect from a dim sum joint and it’s super authentic. I grew up with the food here and there’s something very comforting about the consistency of the taste of the food here. In 20 years I’ve been frequenting this place have I noticed any significant dips or changes to their quality and taste. The crowd, the taste, the wet table cloth haha it all makes you feel at home for those who have frequented this place since they were young.

We had a very delicious meal here and highly recommend this place. Loved it!
