Contribuisci feedbackRestaurant is not interested in keeping long term, repeat customers. We ordered three dishes. Two were okay. The third one was super spicy I requested extra mild. My granddaughter did not eat much at the restaurant so we took it home.The next day I heated it up and my granddaughter would not eat it. So I tasted it, and it was super spicy, and the food smelled off.I took it back to the restaurant the next day, and even though it was obviously noodle box food, they would not refund because I did not call first.What is this, staff are not able to make executive decisions to keep a customer. In the days when I waitressed and cooked, I never hesitated to respect the customers concerns and make good (compensate) for issue. Managers and owners need to empower their employees to make the experience best for customer and make things right to ensure repeat customers.Unfortunately, this place does not stand by their products. I so miss the original location on Fisgard as they had superior customer service.
More and more disappointing every time I visit!They change certain aspects of menu items and do not note this on the menu (such as appetizer accompaniments). This causes major disappointment when you receive your food, and it’s completely different than what you thought you were ordering.No consistency whatsoever when you order a dish. Especially when it comes to spice level. Order a mild/medium one day and it tastes like they added zero spice, order it the next day and it’s so spicy you can not eat your meal.Noodle box as a whole has been majorly declining for many years and is no where nearly as good as it used to be!
What happened to this place!!! Received this bowl with peanut butter soup to go with the smallest portion of food. Came in a small bowl instead of a box. Prices go up, quality and quantity go out the window. So hit and miss, I won't be back!!!
Noodlebox has consistently been a long time fav of mine. Food is good and the service is strong. One Uptown location staff needs to chill.I get that staff have off days, but this still doesn't give them permission to act rude and arrogant. This is a small example, but an important one for me. I've always asked for extra cilantro with my meals and always had staff add it with a smile... until today. The level of arrogance I received was over the top for such a simple request. Honestly, if this location can't afford a few flakes of cilantro, they shouldn't be in business. All she had to do was politely inform me about the additional cost.This post is not about the cilantro. It's also not about the extra cost. I'll gladly pay it. This post is about making a customer feel like they're robbing you blind, just for asking the question. Customer service for this staff member is non-existent.
I love the Noodlebox. The Pad Thai box is awesome. So much flavor and just the right amount of spice. The take-out order seems smaller than the eat in one but that may be just me! Either way they give you a full meal and you will not be disappointed. I thought the prices were pretty erasable fo the serving. Nice place to sit down and eat. The staff were fun!
