Yep. You can buy some raw fish semen infused dishes, if you're into that sort of thing. Everything else is generally good, cannot vouch for the aforementioned dish as I'm not into "that part of the internet"
What you would expect to see from any sushi restaurant. The portions and price were good but nothing spectacular.
The service was very polite but with mistakes. The sushi had an unusual sauce on it that we did not care for.
Sockeye Sushi located Just in the edge of downtown. Very Japanese decoration. There are (4 as I remember) separated rooms with floor tables and you can dine in traditional ways. I guess you need reservation for that.We have arrived about 18:45. I remind you, except some fast food restaurants, Victoria dinner time finishes at 21:00 latest. 20:30 for a lot of place. We were 6 with kids and we have managet to find the last table. The place has a humid kitchen smell. After 10 min you don't feel it but still I don't like it.The taste of the sushi we have ordered is very good. However as a physical presentation, I found some of them very big and not easy to eat or not easy to hold with stick. They have to roll them with more pressure. I do not remember the name but the warm sushi we have ordered was nice. The prices are acceptable, i will not rate as expensive but also not cheep.
