Great food! Went at the night of a World Series game and they were still out of food in a reasonable amount of time. Very recommended!

We ordered the app a few times from here. Both times the restaurant was something we ordered. I would recommend ordering to the restaurant if you want something special. You will help you to change your online order if you order or pay something they are out or refund your money on your request.

Usually I can come and order food and get great service, but this time I ordered DoorDash there and they were closed around 8, so I must now wait for my money back because DoorDash would not return it immediately it would have been nice if they were on Google or the website that they have closed early

If the phone isn't always busy, they just don't answer the phone. I want to call my order before I go all the way over there because I live in the district, but now I have to wait over there and wait until my order is made? It's not just today, either it's every time I command Wingstop.

Update: I had to call them back after they disconnected the phone, but the manager offered to remake my order and had it ready for me in 10minutes. It was much better the 2nd time around, it just sucks I had to complain for them to get it right. I’m not a big complainer.Normally wing stop is a go-to place for my husband and I. After today’s experience it definitely won’t be anymore. We ordered ahead, the food was ready when I got there which was great. The fries were soggy and cold. No seasoning, the chicken was cold and dry, and worst of all, I’m 100% sure the ranch was sour. It was chunky and had a terrible smell to it. I called in to place a complaint, they had me on hold for 20 minutes and hung up on me.
