I did not know what special cuisine they served when we turned through the menu, as there are Japanese, Chinese and Western objects until we pay everything and saw the constant board near the entrance. Grief Grief The food was good overall and can be better. Next time have tried other things. But your customer service is definitely fantastic !! :)
The place was empty, we were the only customers, so let me feel a bit at the edge. The service was somehow not available. It took a while for our orders and 20 minutes to get our drinks. I died to taste the watermelon cake, but they had no ???????????????????????????????????????????????????? We also tried to order Matcha slats, and they did not have that ???? I had the Dan Dan noodles and they were good, good size and filling. My friend had a botique and said it was good too. Overall, the food was good, although the service and the unavailability of menu elements were disappointing ☹️
The food foundry follows the concept of the Food Court, where you came to the store and offered with decisions by many different sellers. This works when they came in the big group, so people can choose what they like. Anyway, I will do mini rating per provider I tried. Grief Japanese Ramen: I will rate it 3 out of 5 stars. The price is definitely cheap (especially compared to the other provider, the Ramen here an average of about $ 10. The part is reasonable, but the taste is rather average. The pork taste in the broth is too strong. Grief Caribbean lamb and fish: I will rate it 2.5 out of 5 stars. For a $ 28-dollar meal, I want to say that it is definitely done. They come with 2 meats (I decided for lamb and the fish), 1 side (I decided for coconut rice) and 2 sauces. There are hardly any meat in the lamb (while I have to admit that the lamb is soft) and the fish is a simple grilled fish. The rice is just not enough. The only advantage is the sauce (you can choose 2), I ... read more
~ Soft Shell Crab Bao: The soft shell crab smelled somehow a little fishy, my husband did not really like it. Grief ~ Green Tea Handmade Baoger: Can not really taste the Matcha, but I liked the soft green teabad. Chicken was juicy. Given generous amount of fries. Grief ~ Handmade crab meat croquette: can not really try the crab meat. ~ Coco Bananas Smoothie: Not bad. Grief ~ Caramel Macchiato Mille Crepe Cake: Although we are already full, but we can not miss this thing. My first crepe cake and I really liked it. They just stuck enough salted caramel sauce, so it was not too sweet. Grief Like other patrons, we do not quite the idea of ordering at the front count. People tend to be lazy to order more food. The owner was nice and friendly, but the waitresses were not too friendly.
Ordered the pork belly Bao and the Soft Shell Crab Bao. The Baos were so soft, the meat was tender and the sauce was delicious. The watermelon cake alias "first love" was so delicious. There was a cream, vanilla pudding, cake, jelly and watermelon layers, which they all complement well. The only part I do not like is not to order at the counter.
