Contribuisci feedbackIt is very nice to arrive a hotel or restaurant to have a good recipe that was what we had .hotel as expected restaurant very large on the look for a place to eat entrecôte et filet boeuf very good as well as the desserts also very helpful staff...and beautiful parking places
Very nice reception in this hotel-restaurant. spacious and comfortable room. impeccable service. vegetarians who arrived in the early days we had beautiful vegetarian proposals and the leader adapted well, a feast! Turn around on the menu price because no meat/fish! What more? special mention to the walnut marrow, heart-shaking with auvergne blue and green pastry cream cabbage!
The map is complete and the menus are diversified. The hotel master, receptionist and acting chef has simply impressed me! the quality of the meat is high flight but the blue preparation that christophe made me is worthy of the greatest! Thank you.
Arrival at 12h we ask the possibility of lunch and the person at the reception looks at his watch and visibly sees that it is noon and accompanies us at our table, in a room style veranda with view on the place in front of the establishment, well-established table, we choose a menu land and sea 22€ and one to 17€ in the menu land and sea the entrance a salad and blown nut and blue This being a pleasant step in this pretty village "old brioude"
It is a restaurant where I love to go, with family ... where an independent room can be reserved ... with friends, with couple or group. it is eléonore who receives the customers ... a beauty of the very attentive Filipinos and a remarkable kindness. the setting is very nice, in the summer, a terrace on the back edged of a garden allows to eat outside and quiet ... everything is gathered to eat well and to spend a pleasant moment!
