Sombrero Mexican

OK so this is supposed to be a sister restaurant to the one in Olean, New York...the food is pretty much sub par..heavy on salt in some items, virtually tasteless in others like refried beans. I love mexican food..I mean I love it! Soo when they opened here in our village many were excited, but the experience is very lacking..half the time they aren't open..you have no idea of hours of operation..come on guys! get it together! We need this in our town!

Absolutely love the cheese dip!!! Definitely have good size portions. Staff is always pleasant can’t wait to be able to go in when this whole Covid-19 is over.

The owner is a fantastic person; she is kind, capable, very helpful, and accommodating to her customers. The dishes are delicious and portioned generously enough to have leftovers! The establishment itself is cozy, clean and has pleasant vibes thanks to the people inside it. Thank you, Liz for accommodating everyone during Covid-19! We cannot wait to come and sit down at your restaurant again!

Stopped on the way home today from Cuba NY. Should hav known better sense the parking lot was empty on a Saturday afternoon 2:00 something. We ordered takeout 2 hard shell beef tacos 2 soft shell chicken tacos 2 beef burritos. WOW what a tremendous disappointment after seeing other reviews on Facebook. The beef tacos were 90% empty just about a tablespoon of bland slime beef, no garlic, chilly, cumin, onion powder NOTHING maybe a tablespoon of shredded lettuce and three or four pieces of diced tomato. THAT'S it Brittany said her chicken taco weren't any better and her shell was watered down. The Burritos that were ordered were swimming in diluted crushed tomato's absolutely no spices not even salt and pepper. The beef again bland and slimy and nothing else. No cheese, rice, nothing. I don't know why we were given a bag of bland corn chips and a small container of watered down crushed tomato's but it spilled all through the bag. We go through Franklinville twice a week every week of summer and fall. THIS will never ever be one of our stops again. If I could give the stars a negative review I would

Will never go back. Spent over 100.00 in food. Will not reccomend this to anyone visiting the area. Nothing like olean dont even know how they are open. They are only running the mans name of the one in olean into the ground. Rice and beans tastes like water no flavor at all. Flautas looked like enchiladas not even rolled or fried right good keep on going about this food and place.
