Butterfly Burger - Village of Oak Creek

Service was AMAZINGG,My waitress was so very kind and she wasn't overly rushed. She took her time with us and even convinced us to get the maui bites which were absolutely amazing!!

We went to have my birthday dinner here last night. Didn't get very attentive service. We spent 53 dollars on 2 drinks 1 burger and fries that we spilt because they're big. We waited for an hour for our food. They brought us the fries before the burger because we were waiting so long. Then this morning we have 2 charges on our credit card one for 53 and an additional 34 dollar charge for some reason. Now we have to wait til it opens to fix the credit card problem ? burger was good, fries were over cooked and kind of hard. When we wanted to pay and leave we had to get up and find our server to give her our credit card.

This is the best burger I've ever tasted! I'm even thinking about driving seven hours just to have it again! The french fries and tater tots are fantastic as well. Plus, their desserts are incredible!

Unfortunately, the women's restroom was in a very poor state. I was taken aback to see what looked like vomit on the floor near the only toilet. Additionally, there was no toilet paper available, but I managed to find some in a cabinet (which was frustrating since it was out of reach). This made for an awkward experience in the restroom. Rather than disturb the already slow service—likely due to a shortage of staff on a Saturday night—I took the initiative to clean the floor with paper towels that were on the sink so that other customers wouldn’t have to deal with the mess. The menu could definitely use more options. I wasn't impressed with the bean vinaigrette, but the truffle tots were enjoyable. The burgers were decent, but given the price, I was expecting something more remarkable. I don't think I'll be returning. It was an interesting experience, but also my first and last visit.

I've been here around twelve times, and it never disappoints. It's honestly one of the best burgers I've had anywhere. Every visit leaves me wondering how they manage to maintain such consistency. The bar is impressive too; their Old Fashioned, made with Four Roses Barrel Select, is simply delightful. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff is excellent. You really can't go wrong here.
