They used to have an establishement on route 9 in South Glens Falls and now they have a food truck that makes if not, better food than the restaurant. All the information can be located on Facebook, and it even tells you where they're going to be example Thursday nights is the food truck corral at the shirt factory in glens Falls... On Saturdays he is at the Chase/epic building in South Falls right by the Fennimore bridge. But sometimes the location may change... Still has great specials prices can't be beat everything is made fresh right there and you can call ahead and place an order so that's ready when you get there.

This owner no longer has a brick and mortar location, and has gone on the road with a food truck. He splits his day between two locations, both locally, check his Facebook posts daily for location and menu items. The food is fresh, well prepared and made to order. I 've had breakfast and lunch from this venture and love the concept. Villa fried bread dough with butter and cinnamon sugar is a rare treat to find. Great burgers and breakfast sandwiches to go!!!! I ordered their Stuffed Peppers dinner, to go, last week. I got it because some local radio personalities said they were the best they ever had. Unfortunately they were very wrong. The stuffed peppers were terrible! The peppers were bitter and the meat stuffing tasteless. What a disappointment. I'm searching for the best Stuffed Peppers in the area and this one is off the list. If anyone knows of a place that they think can be a contender, please let me know. I want to keep it within a 30 mile radius of Wilton, NY. On a positive note, the owner was very nice. This was only one meal out of many they offer. I would think their other food must be good. The place was nearly at capacity when I arrived to pickup my dinner.

Do you love pancakes as much as I do? Well then you've come to the right place!!! Ask the handsome owner named Jack to make you a delicious stack of cinnamon swirl pancakes. These things will melt in your mouth and you won't even use syrup. Perfect grilled to perfection, these pancakes go perfect with a nice side of locally made breakfast sausage. There is not a bad thing on this menu, eggs, hash, sausage gravy it's all good baby! Lastly ask the owner what big Snacks would get if he was sitting down. Snacks is a local football legend who has been known to love everything on this menu. If you start talking to him, he's not going to let you leave without a good story from his playing days. Snacks also holds the current Coach's Corner record for most gallons of sausage gravy drank in an hour. The records is 1.75 gallons of sausage gravy.

The biscuit and sausage gravy for breakfast very good and obviously homemade. Biscuits were so flaky and buttery! Gravy could use a little more sausage cables but very tasty!
